Our own Carinthian mint, also known as Mentha austriaca, is slightly sweet and minty, with a delicate citrus aroma. An essential ingredient of authentic Carinthian dumplings. With its subtle flavour, it also goes with savoury vegetable dishes and makes an eye-catching addition to a water carafe.

LOVAGE
According to Grandma, the best way to someone’s heart is through their stomach.
Lovage calls to mind everything that does us good: herbal teas and delicious stews. And its tangy flavour works even better in more substantial dishes.
